Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
Directs customers by escorting them to displays; suggesting items.
Advises customers by providing information on products and services.
Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
Ensuring work station/store is clean, well organized, functional and presentable at all times.
Document sales, manage register and submit all paper work completely and accurately.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Telecommunications industry and/or retail experience preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of wireless/data products and services.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and problem-resolution skills.

The ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment
MUST have reliable transportation
Punctuality and regular work attendance is required

We also work directly with a lead company that provides live transfers. We have offices in Flemington, (Hunterdon County) and Oradell, (Bergen County) NJ. We have an office in Upper Darby, PA. We just opened a branch in Queens, NY focusing on reverse mortgages with an onsite telemarketing team. We are opening an office in Staten Island NY soon. We will have wholesale opportunities, as well as retail. We will pay 80%-100% commissions minus 15% for taxes, and Branch Fees if applicable (DEPENDING ON VOLUME), and accounting and administrative fees. We collect per file fees from 699.00-899.00 per loan depending on volume. Branches may process their own loans or utilize our processing center. We have state of the art computer systems, with a virtual private network and you can log in from anywhere. We have a top flight processing department and a dedicated loan opener to help you get your loans into processing quickly.
