I'm looking for a subletter for a large, spacious bedroom in a furnished 2-bedroom apartment on the corner of 207th and Seaman Ave. (near Broadway). The apartment is very close to Inwood Park and a few short blocks from the 207th stop on the A train. There is a farmer's market every Saturday just 4 blocks away! The bedroom has two large windows and two closets and is not furnished. The apartment itself is fully furnished with another small bedroom, a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. A full closet in the hallway would be empty and available for extra storage use.
The room is available starting November 1st, through the end of January or February (approximately 3-4 months). The dates are flexible (for example, Nov. 15th or Dec. 1st would work) and there is the chance that the apartment could remain available after February 1st.
