I'm looking for a subletter for a large, spacious bedroom in a furnished 2-bedroom apartment on the corner of 207th and Seaman Ave. (near Broadway). The apartment is very close to Inwood Park and a few short blocks from the 207th stop on the A train. There is a farmer's market every Saturday just 4 blocks away! The bedroom has two large windows and two closets and is not furnished. A bed could be provided upon request, if needed. The apartment itself is fully furnished with another small bedroom, a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. A full closet in the hallway would be available for extra storage use.
The room is available starting November 1st (any day in November) through the end of at least January or February (approximately 3-4 months). The dates are flexible (for example, Nov. 15th or Dec. 1st would work) and there is the chance that the apartment could remain available after February 1st.
