Small 1 bedroom apartment. 600 sq feet. Will be relocating out of state due to job opportunity. End unit, new appliances and decent closet space. Laminate floors, Brand new energy efficient windows. Electric baseboard heat with thermostats in 2 rooms. My lease ends in March but my landlord is aware I need to leave. If someone moves in by Jan I am willing to leave 6 month old Raymour and Flanigan Sofa, and a couple of bookcases if desired. Landlord is easy to work with, haven't had any problems here. Convenient to everything. Could walk to the mall from here.
