We currently live in Dingmans Ferry. We are living in a 3br looking to rent out one of the rooms. The room is a rather small room, with a closet. Room right next to bathroom. Rent neg. & Sec. neg. House is in need of TLC, a "little love" for the house, in exchange for lower rent and sec. We ourselves rent out this big house, and have been trying to fix it up (landlord is no help, THINKS he's a handyman...). House has big yard. In gated community. Room in unfurnished. MUST BE PET FRIENDLY! We have 2 dogs, and a cat. Your pet is welcome too (as long as it is pet friendly). Large driveway, trucks, cars, and vans welcome! Any other questions, feel free to ask.
