1 1/4" x 1 1/4" metal figural tape measure, either meant to be ornamental or for sewing use.

Color is green.
Tape measure does pull out, and still has measurements on it, but I wouldn't pull it out too much due to how old the item is.

Faintly stamped "Germany" on the back.
