1981 Honda NA50 Moped, no title,no key or ignition, it has been modify to by pass it so just switch the knob to the on position and with a little starting fluid you kick start it and it will start the rear wheel will spin fast and then shut off briefly ,so its running so it will need servicing ,moped is as pictured ,look at all the pictures to see what its has and it does not have, I do have the air box filter not pictured it will come with it, it does start with starting fluid and the rear wheel spins fast...
