NAVY VETERAN NEEDS HELP, With a ComfortBilt Pellet Stove (Hawley)

I am an 86 year old Navy Veteran with a disability, We live in Hawley where the weather is cold, we supplement our heat with a ComfortBuilt pellet stove. THE STOVE IS NOT WORKING AT THIS TIME. We have a mode HP61 stove, It starts nicely but burns about five minutes and the pellets stop droping and the stove goes out.
