This table is made from a very heavy, solid wood boat hatch. It has steel bands and grip handles as you can see. It's about 2 1/2" thick! Measures about 5' long by 30" wide and about 29" high. I believe this is circa 1930's and may have been made by an English company called Harry Cocks. Can be used indoors or outdoors, since it was on a ship, after all. I've seen these sell on ebay for over $1k. Selling this one for just $550. Located in Albrightsville, off Rt. 534.
