compensation: Trade for Site
employment type: part-time
experience level: entry level
job title: Manual Labor
We’re looking for a dependable and easygoing person (or couple) to trade 20 hours/week of work for a free place to stay through October 31. You’ll have use of an on-site camper (already set up with full hookups).

Weekend Availability Required – You’re welcome to work another job during the week. We just need you on property Fridays through Sundays. Beyond that, we’re flexible as long as the work gets done.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Cleaning bathrooms and cabins
Weed whacking, mowing, and light groundskeeping
Other general tasks to keep the campground running smoothly

You’ll have clear expectations and freedom to manage your own time. We keep things laid-back—no micromanaging.

What You Get:

A free campsite with 30-amp electric, water, and sewer
Use of a camper on-site
Access to campground amenities (fishing pond, game room, trails)
Peaceful surroundings and minimal supervision

Requirements:

Physically able to handle both housekeeping and outdoor tasks
Reliable, independent, and available on weekends
Friendly and respectful toward guests

Perfect for someone who wants seasonal housing and enjoys working outdoors in a relaxed environment.

To apply, reply with a little about yourself, and we’ll set up a time to chat!
  • Principals only. Recruiters, please don't contact this job poster.
