This is a hands-on opportunity for a skilled problem-solver who enjoys variety, working independently, and making sure guests have a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay.
As a key member of our local operations team, you’ll help keep our homes guest-ready, well-maintained, and operating at the highest standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
🔧 Perform routine and preventive maintenance across multiple vacation rental properties
🔧 Troubleshoot and repair issues involving:
Electrical
Plumbing
HVAC
Appliances
Drywall
Carpentry
General home repairs
🔧 Respond to maintenance requests during guest stays, including occasional urgent/emergency needs
🔧 Prepare homes for guest arrivals by ensuring all systems and amenities are working properly
🔧 Complete general improvement projects such as painting, fixture replacement, and minor repairs
🔧 Inspect properties and grounds for safety, functionality, and overall condition
🔧 Coordinate with vendors when additional support is needed
🔧 Partner with cleaning and operations teams to resolve turnover-related maintenance items
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
✅ 3–5+ years of general maintenance experience
✅ Strong skills in troubleshooting and repair work
✅ Experience with vacation rentals, Airbnb, hotels, apartments, or property management is a plus
✅ Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
✅ Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
✅ Must live within a reasonable driving distance of assigned properties
