We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Property Inspector to help ensure our professionally managed vacation rental homes throughout the Poconos Area, PA are clean, stocked, and guest-ready before arrivals.
💰 PAY: $40 PER COMPLETED PRE-STAY INSPECTION
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, has a sharp eye for detail, and is looking for flexible contract work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
✓ Inspect vacation rental homes before guest arrivals
✓ Make sure properties are clean, organized, and guest-ready
✓ Identify and report maintenance issues
✓ Take photos and complete digital inspection checklists
✓ Deliver linens, toiletries, and supplies when needed
✓ Assist with in-stay guest requests
✓ Check inventory and restock supplies
✓ Communicate with our local operations team
