Looking for an experienced roofing subcontractor/crew for a residential shingle roof replacement in Blakeslee, PA.
Must have roofing experience, own tools/equipment, and ability to provide proof of insurance. PA Home Improvement Contractor registration is required. I'm looking for roofing subcontractor, not a GC. I own a roofing company myself in NJ and don't want to travel to do my own roof (it's far).
Scope includes tear-off, underlayment, flashing details, shingle installation, cleanup, and disposal coordination.
I will ask you to run material as well.
It is my own house that I am selling and I ideally prefer someone who's certified with GAF/Owens Corning so we could provide material warrantly and worksmanship warranty to the buyer. This is not a deal breaker but strong preference.
