I'm looking to sell this original iteration of the Electro-Harmonix POG Polyphonic Octave Generator pedal, from the early 2000s. It's in fair condition, showing signs of road wear, having been used on a bunch of live gigs over the past years.
The pedal works and is reasonably quiet, in terms of self-noise.
Two issues:
1) As you can see, the handles on the vertical slider-faders (which had white rubber caps on them) have all broken off, from being stepped on on stage. But you can still move all the faders up and down with a fingertip, no problem, and they all still work perfectly.
2) Also shown in one of the photos, the three-way LPF (low-pass filter) switch on the top side (by the light) is partially caved in, but it still works and can be switched, if you carefully grab and shift it with a pair of needle-nose pliers. This is obviously not something you would do on a gig, but rather at home. This simple mechanical switch is something that could be repaired fairly cheaply.
Also included in this offer is the original Electro-Harmonix 18-volt power supply that came with the POG, when I bought it brand new, around 2003. The power supply input jack is solid. No issues with that.
I'm happy to let you try out the pedal at my house, with your or my guitar and amplifier, at a mutually convenient time.
My terms are cash and carry only. Not interested in any trades. And please understand that I priced this to sell quickly and would rather not let it go for any less than my asking price.
