I picked up this guitar brand new in 2023 from Sweetwater, and it came with a raised 15th fret. I had the frets leveled and sanded out. I swapped out the original pickups, and they’re still with me! They’ll be part of the sale. I also swapped the capacitors from the original .022uF to a paper .047uF. The originals will be included too. The bridge pickup is a reverse zebra DD Seymour Duncan Distortion, and it’s paired with a zebra Seymour Duncan Jazz model.

I used this guitar to learn how to play. My main genre is progressive rock. I’ve joined a Tool Cover band and need to sell this to get a left-handed silverburst. There’s a tiny chip on the headstock. Also, since it was during Covid, I was working from home in black hoodies, and some of the black has stained the binding. This was my first guitar and my first Gibson at the age of 44. She plays and sounds amazing, and I’d love to keep her. But my wife says I don’t need two guitars when I can only play one at a time! 😂
