Our family, consisting of two adults, two children, and one well-behaved 9 year old dog, is actively seeking a 3-4 bedroom single-family home in a rural area for long-term rental in Northeast/ Central/ Southeast Pennsylvania. We are looking a lease start date of September 1st.
We are an entrepreneurial and self-
sufficient family looking for a property that aligns with our lifestyle and offers a mutually beneficial partnership with a forward-thinking landlord.
Our Income:
Unlike traditional renters, we operate our own business and do not have conventional 9-to-5 employment. We are online business owners who buy and sell storage unit contents as well as run a live auction channel, through multiple reseller outlets. This business provides us with a consistent and reliable income stream, which we are happy to demonstrate. We're also prepared to prepay 3-4 months of advance rent to provide immediate financial security and peace of mind.
Our Value-Add: 20+ Years of Construction and Landscaping Expertise. The true value we bring to your property is in our professional trade skills. One of us has over 20 years of experience in the construction and remodeling field,and the other has 10 years of professional custom texture painting and interior design experience. We are not just looking for a place to live; we are looking for a property we can improve. Please keep in mind this property would need to be liveable or able to be made liveable by mid August ideally.
