We are seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused **Security Officers** to help provide a safe and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and visitors at our resort in East Stroudsburg, PA.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people while maintaining a safe and secure property.
### Responsibilities
* Patrol resort grounds, buildings, parking lots, and common areas.
* Monitor entrances, exits, and guest activity.
* Respond promptly to guest concerns, emergencies, and incidents.
* Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports.
* Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
* Enforce resort policies in a professional and respectful manner.
* Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
* Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with directions and general questions.
* Help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property.
### Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Previous security, military, law enforcement, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Valid driver's license with reliable transportation preferred.
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
* Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
### Schedule
* Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
* Day, Evening, Overnight, Weekends, and Holiday shifts available.
