I’m currently looking for a reliable and motivated business partner or dealership representative to grow with my new family owned dealership. I’m seeking someone who is consistent, trustworthy, and has a strong work ethic, with a family-oriented mindset and a focus on long-term success. A clean background and a credit score of 650+ is needed. The ideal person should have good communication skills, be professional with customers, and have at least little knowledge of the business, A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are important, along with honesty and the ability to take initiative. Experience in car sales, auctions, financing, or even social media marketing is a plus, but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone serious about building something bigger than just a job, with potential for growth, profit sharing, and becoming a key part of the business.
