Large yellow cable reel for Romex wire. Top cover lifts & locks on center shaft to accommodate up to 300 feet of wire. Pull out wire or reel it back onto roll. Bottom spins on ball bearings as you pull wire. This unit has a few pieces of plastic base broken off, but still in good workable condition. Broken pieces are at base that lays on ground We do have another unit that is intact selling for $20 on another listing
