FLOORING INSTALLATION HELPER WANTED – Northeastern PA 🛠️🏠🔨
Busy flooring installation company seeking a reliable Helper to join our team! 💪
Schedule: At least 5-6 days per week 📅 (full-time availability preferred; consistent work year-round)
Location: Traveling throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania 🚗 (Scranton area and surrounding counties – Wilkes-Barre, Hazleton, Stroudsburg, etc.)
Types of Work: Assisting with professional installations of:
Carpet 🧶
Vinyl (sheet, LVP, plank) 🏠
Carpet tile 🧱
Hardwood / wood flooring 🌳
Duties include: Carrying materials, prepping job sites, cutting/trimming assistance, cleanup, tool handling, and supporting the lead installer on residential and light commercial jobs. Heavy lifting required (50+ lbs) 💪🛠️
Requirements:
Reliable transportation (to meet at shop or job sites) 🚙
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to take direction 😊👍
Physically fit for on-your-feet work and lifting 🏋️♂️
Experience is a plus but not required – will train the right person! 📈
